Discussion and Action re: Office Computer needs.  The office assistant has been hired and has started work.  An evaluation of the computer needs in the office indicates that the third computer is the only one available to the assistant.  This computer is short on hard drive space and memory.  Upgrading that and changing the operating system would cost approximately $400.  Since it was purchased in 2000,  question is would it be better to purchase a new computer?  There is money in the 2007 budget for such expenditure.  Consensus was that since it was budgeted it would be ok to purchase a new computer.

Audit and Pay Bills. The Board reviewed the list of invoices for October.  Moved by Vernon Pogue, second by Doug Yelk to pay the bills with the addition of the handwritten items.
