Old Business/New Business

  • The board also discussed the Kobussen tour buses using Bailey Road to County T.  These buses are likely to exceed the town weight limits and are in violation of the Town of Sun Prairie / City of Sun Prairie agreement.
  • The discussion of LaRue Fields Road was continued from the last meeting.  A board supervisor witnessed a heavy semi loaded with concrete culverts turning from County Road TT onto LaRue Fields Road, turning into Water Works parking lot and continuing to a temporary construction road onto I-94.
  • D Farrell reported that Baxter Road could be open soon.  However, during his inspection of the new culvert installed, he has concerns of potential drainage problems. He will talk to the construction crew about making corrections.
  • D Farrell also commented on the concrete culvert on Town Hall Drive that was scheduled for replacement next year.  The culvert has broken and there is a hole in the middle of the road.  The replacement will be done as soon as possible.

Agenda items for next meeting:

  • Road Weight Limit Ordinance amendment
