Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Town of Sun Prairie Plan Commission will be held on Monday, April 18, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, 5556 Twin Lane Road to transact the following business:

  1. Call to order.
  2. Statement of Public Notice.
  3. Approve minutes of the March 21, 2011 Plan Commission meeting.
  4. Recess for comments from the public.
  5. Consider and take action on a preliminary plan by William and Lin Jacobson to rezone lot 2, consisting of 8.6 acres, from A-1(Ex) Agricultural to R-3A Residential to conform zoning on this parcel to the current land use at 4200 CTH TT in Section 31, Town of Sun Prairie.
  6. Consider and take action on a preliminary plan by William and Lin Jacobson to rezone lot 1, consisting of 20.5 acres, from A-1(Ex) Agricultural to a 3 acre lot zoned R-3A Residential and another 17 acre lot zoned A-4 Agricultural to separate the existing home from the rest of the farm at 4200 CTH TT in Section 31, Town of Sun Prairie.
  7. Consider the Village of Cottage Grove’s proposal for a boundary agreement between the Village and the Town of Sun Prairie.
    1. Consider Town of Sun Prairie issues to be addressed in a boundary agreement.
    2. Map a proposed boundary limit acceptable to the Town of Sun Prairie.
  8. Next meeting date:  April 20, 2011.
