Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Town of Sun Prairie Plan Commission will be held on Monday, April 18, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, 5556 Twin Lane Road to transact the following business:
- Call to order.
- Statement of Public Notice.
- Approve minutes of the March 21, 2011 Plan Commission meeting.
- Recess for comments from the public.
- Consider and take action on a preliminary plan by William and Lin Jacobson to rezone lot 2, consisting of 8.6 acres, from A-1(Ex) Agricultural to R-3A Residential to conform zoning on this parcel to the current land use at 4200 CTH TT in Section 31, Town of Sun Prairie.
- Consider and take action on a preliminary plan by William and Lin Jacobson to rezone lot 1, consisting of 20.5 acres, from A-1(Ex) Agricultural to a 3 acre lot zoned R-3A Residential and another 17 acre lot zoned A-4 Agricultural to separate the existing home from the rest of the farm at 4200 CTH TT in Section 31, Town of Sun Prairie.
- Consider the Village of Cottage Grove’s proposal for a boundary agreement between the Village and the Town of Sun Prairie.
- Consider Town of Sun Prairie issues to be addressed in a boundary agreement.
- Map a proposed boundary limit acceptable to the Town of Sun Prairie.
- Next meeting date: April 20, 2011.
