Call to Order. Chairperson L Updike called the regular meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, 5556 Twin Lane Road. Supervisors V Pogue and D Yelk, and Treasurer C Yelk were present. Excused absence: Clerk J Ramsfield.
Statement of Public Notice. The chair directed that the minutes show notice of the meeting was published in the 2/23/12 issue of The Star. Copies were posted on the three town bulletin boards on 2/24/2012.

- Vern: The application for the EMS generator grant was not successful. The new training director has increased attendees to training sessions.
Old Business:
- Doug: The eve’s trough over the front door of the town hall is still leaking. It is suggested that a canopy be installed as a courtesy to those that are not as mobile and those that may be carrying in items, etc; Doug to look at rates.
