Call to Order. Supervisor D Yelk called the regular meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall, 5556 Twin Lane Road. Supervisor V Pogue, Clerk J Ramsfield, Treasurer C Yelk, and Patrolman W Dorshorst were present. J Quimby was also present. L Updike arrived late.
Statement of Public Notice. Supervisor D Yelk directed that the minutes show notice of the meeting was published in August 9th issue of The Star. Copies were also posted on the three town bulletin boards and website on August 10, 2012.
Pledge of Allegiance: W Dorshorst led the pledge.
Approve Minutes of Prior Meetings: Moved by V Pogue second by D Yelk to approve the minutes of August 23, 2012 Town Board Meeting as presented.

Road Report: W Dorshorst estimated a September delivery of the new plow truck. He also reported that they would be dealing with problem tree issues and the Bailey Settlement Road shoulder ruts in the next couple of weeks.
Consider/Take Action Re: Applications for Operators License: Moved by D Yelk, Second by V Pogue to approve applications for operator licenses for the Crossroads BP.

- L Updike, arriving after attending a special meeting in the City of Sun Prairie that pertained to the intersection of Town Hall Dr & State Road 19, gave a detailed report of the concerns of the intersection.
