Call to Order. Chairperson L Updike called the regular meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, 5556 Twin Lane Road. Supervisors V Pogue and D Yelk, Clerk J Ramsfield, Treasurer C Yelk, and Patrolman W Dorshorst were present.
Statement of Public Notice. The chair directed that the minutes show notice of the meeting was posted on the three town bulletin boards on November 20.

Consider & take action: Approve Resolution 11-26-2012 Fees for Service, Licenses & Equipment Hire. Moved by D Yelk, second by V Pogue to approve Resolution 11-26-2012 Fees for Service, Licenses & Equipment Hire with changes:
WHEREAS: The Town Board of the Town of Sun Prairie periodically reviews the fees for use of Town property. It is their policy to use the most current DOT Equipment Fee Rates.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the following fees as an example reflect the rate established by DOT effective February 9, 2011January 2012.
- Grader, $98.00/hour with driver
- Front end loader, $85.00/hour with driver & $30.00 with broom
- 7 cu. yd Dump Truck, $70.00/hour with driver
- Pick up Truck, $47.00/hour with driver
- Tractor/Mower, $55.00/hour with driver
(all charges for equipment include time of departure and return to Town Garage.)
- Hall Rental – Town Resident personal use, $540.00/day
- Town Resident commercial/business use, $75.00/day
- Non-Resident personal or business, $1100.00/day
- Youth Groups (4-H etc.), no charge
- Government groups (extension office, drainage dist., school dist. plan commission, etc.), no charge

- Preliminary Plans, $50.00
