Call to Order. Chairperson L Updike called the regular meeting to order at 8:15 p.m. at the Town Hall, 5556 Twin Lane Road. Supervisors V Pogue and D Yelk, Clerk J Ramsfield, Treasurer C Yelk, Patrolman W Dorshorst, J Quimby, K Steele, and R Fetterly were present.
Approve Minutes of Prior Meetings: Moved by V Pogue, second by D Yelk to approve the minutes of the March 25, 2013 Town Board Meeting as presented.

Set Schedule for Road Tour: The date and time were determined for the road tour. The board members and road patrolmen will meet at L Updike’s home April 30th at 7:30 a.m. to inspect and evaluate the town roads.
Old Business:
- W Dorshorst informed the board that there are still issues with truck #18. Lakeside International has made many costly repairs but the issues still linger. He asked for direction from the board as to whether or not he should seek another source for repairs.
- W Dorshorst received notification that it is time to book contracted diesel fuel. He stated that the previous contracted diesel fuel is almost gone. D Yelk recommended he contact Landmark and contract for another 1500 gallons.
Correspondence: L Updike will attend the May 7th WTA meeting in Deforest.
Audit/Pay Bills. Moved by V Pogue, second by D Yelk to approve pay bills with the addition of the fee for the WTA meeting.
