Call to Order: Chairperson L Updike called the regular meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, 5556 Twin Lane Road. Supervisors V Pogue and D Yelk, Clerk J Ramsfield, Treasurer C Yelk, and R Fetterly were present.

Statement of Public Notice: The chair directed that the minutes show notice of the meeting was published in the March 21st issue of The Star and copies were posted on the three town bulletin boards and website.

Pledge of Allegiance: J Ramsfield led the pledge.

Road Report: W Dorshorst would like to wait awhile for the annual road tour; the frost is not gone from underneath the roads. Road tour schedule will be added to next agenda to set date for road tour. It has been a costly winter for truck repairs, salt, and fuel.

Public Hearing: Town of Sun Prairie Comprehensive Plan Amendment, Appendix H; prepared pursuant to and consistent with Section 66.1001, WI Stats., and includes the following: Recommend a Building Code Ordinance change relating to design review, limits on rezoning for multifamily residential dwellings, requirements for adequate residential parking, and changes to maps #1 Existing Land Use, map #2 Future Land Use, map #3 Zoning, and map #9 Extraterritorial Jurisdiction. There was no one present to voice opposition. R Fetterly recapped the changes and the approval process for the board members and others present.

Consider/Take Action re: Town of Sun Prairie Comprehensive Plan Amendment, Appendix H; prepared pursuant to and consistent with Section 66.1001, WI Stats., and includes the following: Recommend a Building Code Ordinance change relating to design review, limits on rezoning for multifamily residential dwellings, requirements for adequate residential parking, and changes to maps #1 Existing Land Use, map #2 Future Land Use, map #3 Zoning, and map #9 Extraterritorial Jurisdiction.   2. Fire Advisory: will meet April 25th to discuss the new contract for the volunteer fire department.
  3. Plan Commission: none
  4. EMS: V Pogue -recently the EMS has had 3 bad calls with deaths, morale is low.  One call was the death of EMS Commission’s Chairperson.
  5. Park Advisory Committee: the committee will meet April 11, 2013 at the town hall.
