Call to Order. Supervisor D Yelk called the regular meeting to order at 7 p.m. at the Town Hall, 5556 Twin Lane Road. Supervisor V Pogue, and Clerk J Ramsfield were present. D O’Loughlin was also present. Excused absence: L Updike .
Statement of Public Notice. Supervisor D Yelk directed that the minutes show notice of the meeting was published in December 5th issue of The Star. Copies were also posted on the three town bulletin boards and website on December 4, 2013.

Consider/Take Action re: Approval to add language to local budgets for levy limits contingency. Moved by D Yelk second by V Pogue to approve the additional verbiage to local budgets levy limits.
Dane County has discontinued the County’s previous funding of automobile liability insurance for the Emergency Medical Services Districts. The Town of Sun Prairie expressly rejects and refuses to agree to the County’s action.
Because the adopted Dane County Budget for 2014 discontinued County funding automobile liability insurance for Emergency Medical Services Districts, the 2013 levy limit of the Town of Sun Prairie shall be increased by the amount of cost shifted from the County to the Town of Sun Prairie. That amount is calculated as: $___________. The Clerk is directed to insert that amount in Form Sl-202M 2013 levy limit worksheet at page 3, line K (or such other line as may be appropriate).
