Consider/take action re: Permit # 00895 – The Oaks – aluminum framed permanent tent – annual inspection by fire department or town building inspector. The tent at the Oaks will be erected in 2014. At the end of golf season the outer covering will be taken down, the framing will remain in place.  The following spring the outer covering will be put back into place. The discussion centered on what type of inspection would be needed. Board consensus: unless the building inspector has specific items for inspection the Fire Department inspector should be sufficient.
