Call to Order – Regular Town Meeting was called to order by Town Chair, L Updike at 7 p.m.; present were Supervisors V Pogue and D Yelk, Clerk J Ramsfield, and Treasurer C Yelk.
Statement of Public Notice – The chair directed that the minutes show that notice of this meeting was posted on the website and three Town bulletin boards September 9, 2014.
Pledge of Allegiance – The Pledge of Allegiance was led by J Ramsfield.
Approve Minutes of Prior Meeting – Moved by V Pogue, second by D Yelk to approve minutes from the August 25, 2014 board meeting as written.

Consider/take action re: 2015 Budget Work Sessions schedule – The board members discussed dates, day, & time; agreed dates are October 2, 9, 16, 23, & 30, 2014 all dates fall on Thursdays, 8 a.m. was the preferred time to meet. Moved by V Pogue, second by D Yelk to approve 2015 Budget Work Sessions schedule.

- Plan Commission: nothing new to discuss
- EMS: V Pogue will attend the EMS budget meeting.
- Fire Unit: D Yelk had a breakfast meeting with the City of Sun Prairie Mayor.

- Farm Technology Days: Wes/Lyle will attend a public safety meeting September 23.
- WTA Convention: Oct 26-28, Stevens Point, WI: Schedule conflicts; no one will attend.
- WTA Fall Town and Village Workshops: Vern/Cindy will attend.
