Call to Order – Regular Town Meeting was called to order by Town Chair, L Updike at 7 p.m.; present were Supervisors V Pogue and D Yelk, Treasurer C Yelk, and Patrolman B Dodge. Absent: Clerk J Ramsfield
Statement of Public Notice – The chair directed that the minutes show that notice of this meeting was posted on the website and three Town bulletin boards November 20, 2014.
Pledge of Allegiance – The Pledge was led by C Yelk.
Approve Minutes of Prior Meeting – Moved by V Pogue, second by D Yelk to approve the minutes of the November 11th meeting.

Road Report: B Dodge reported minor breakdowns. Curbside collection pick-up – roads determination: D Yelk proposed that authority be given to lead patrolman to determine what roads are restricted from curbside collection vehicles. Patrolmen are to review road list over the winter. Affected residents will be given a 1 month notice of any change. No Action taken.
Committee Updates
- Plan Commission: Deer Creek Run – Tubbs & Muir: The Plan Commission has approved the Tubbs’ rezone/combine from RH-1 to RH-2. The board questions if a rezone is necessary; board would like written clarification. No Action taken.
- EMS: None
- Fire Unit: D Yelk mentioned the Public mtg with consultant to review fire department recommendations.
- Parks: Master Plan & park expenditures approval – The parks committee, over winter, will work on definitive plan including maintenance.
- Farm Technology Days: L Updike & B Dodge will attend December 2nd meeting.
