Call to Order: Regular Town Meeting was called to order by Town Chair, L Updike at 7 p.m.; present were Supervisors V Pogue and D Yelk, Clerk J Ramsfield, and Treasurer C Yelk.
Statement of Public Notice: The chair directed that the minutes show that notice of this meeting was posted on the website and three Town bulletin boards February 5, 2015.
Pledge of Allegiance: The Pledge was led by V Pogue.
Approve Minutes of Prior Meetings: Moved by V Pogue second by D Yelk to approve the minutes for January 12 & 26 meetings including the handwritten additions.

Committee Updates
- Plan Commission:
- EMS: V Pogue stated that EMS calls are higher than call at this time last year.
- Fire Unit: D Yelk reported the North East Dane County Fire Unit board will meet 2/9/15. The town board members discussed the verbiage of the Intergovernmental Agreement between the fire unit and the City of Sun Prairie. D Yelk also talked about the HASMAT cleanup kit used by the fire department.
- Parks: D Yelk announced that the park meeting was cancelled; however a work day is scheduled for February 21, 2015. L Updike mentioned the availability of the Boy Scouts to help with some maintenance projects and also the Eagle Scout Butterfly Garden at Generation Park .
- Farm Technology Days: L Updike stated that he and W Dorshorst will attend the Farm Tech meeting February 25, 2015.
- Public Hearing for Adoption of No Parking Ordinance during the 2015 Farm Technology Days: J Ramsfield asked that the public hearing for the no parking ordinance be rescheduled for February 23rd board meeting.
- Trash day pickup during event: Deputy R Wiessinger & T Bolhuis (Pellitteri) met to discuss the trash/recycle pickup during Farm Tech Days. They suggested to the town board to change the pickup day the week of the event.
Moved by V Pogue, second D Yelk by to approve the trash/recycle pickup day change during Farm Tech Days. The trash/recycle day will be Friday, August 28, 2015.
