Call to Order: Regular Town Meeting was called to order by Town Chair, L Updike at 7 p.m.; present were Supervisors V Pogue and D Yelk, Clerk J Ramsfield, J Muir, S Tubbs, V Maly, M Devenish, and R Fetterly.
Statement of Public Notice: The chair directed that the minutes show that notice of this meeting was posted on the website and three Town bulletin boards March 20, 2015.
Pledge of Allegiance: The Pledge was led by V Pogue.
Approve Minutes of Prior Meeting: Moved by D Yelk, second by V Pogue to approve meeting minutes from 2/23/15 & 3/9/15 as submitted.

- Deer Creek Run Road completion – A letter from the Maly representative, M Devenish, was given to board members stating their position. D Yelk highlighted the events of prior meetings and stated that the previous developer’s agreement stands and will be enforced. D Yelk also stated he had spoke with S Tubbs earlier in the evening and he had indicated he would agree to a special assessment district to pay for the remainder of the road (175 feet). S Tubbs acknowledged his statement. After discussing more specifics it was agreed by all parties;
- J Muir will pay for 425 feet of road, 1/2 half engineer cost,
- S Tubbs will pay for 175 feet of road and hammerhead ending at fence line.
