Call to Order: Regular Town Meeting was called to order by Town Chair, L Updike at 7 p.m.; present were Supervisors V Pogue and D Yelk, Clerk J Ramsfield, and Treasurer C Yelk. Others present were S & L Tubbs, J Starkweather, V Maly, M Devenish, S Froehle, H Kuhman, R Fetterly, J Belken and W Dorshorst.
Statement of Public Notice: The chair directed that the minutes show that notice of this meeting was posted on the website and three Town bulletin boards March 6, 2015.

- Approval of petition DCPREZ-2015-10822 to rezone 18.85 acres from A-1(Ex) Agricultural to A-B Agricultural Business to operate an agricultural nursery business and approval of Conditional Use Permit DCPCUP-2015-02308 to conduct sales and storage of agricultural byproducts north of 3577 Bailey Road, in Section 30, Town of Sun Prairie. H Kuhman reported to the board that Dane County will grant a new driveway entrance provided they vacate the existing entrance. Moved by D Yelk, second by V Pogue to approve petition DCPREZ-2015-10822 to rezone 18.85 acres from A-1(Ex) Agricultural to A-B Agricultural Business to operate an agricultural nursery business and approval of Conditional Use Permit DCPCUP-2015-02308 to conduct sales and storage of agricultural byproducts north of 3577 Bailey Road, in Section 30, Town of Sun Prairie with the primary driveway entrance located on Hwy T plus the four conditions recommended by the PC.

- Fire Unit: D Yelk reported that he attended a fireman’s training meeting. He experienced firsthand what it is like to work in the heavy gear & breathing mask. The firemen were successful in finding parts for Tanker 9 and repairs have been made. LED lights have been installed on the trucks.
Employee Handbook: Moved by D Yelk, second by V Pogue to approve amendments to the Employee Handbook; revised: (Vacation pay policy pages 11-12) & (menu fund payment policy page 12-13).
