(E)   Bond. Amended 8/24/2015
(1)  Before a permit is issued to move any building over any public way in the Town, the party applying shall give a bond to the Town of Sun Prairie in a sum to be fixed by the Building Inspector and the Town Hwy Patrolman. During the many discussion over the past several months Maly’s agreed to pay for 1/2 of the engineering cost to have the road go up to the property line and with the provision that they would be able to use the access for an alternative field entrance when necessary.  V Maly was instructed to call the town’s patrolman for a permit before using the access.
