Call to Order: Regular Town Meeting was called to order by Town Chair, L Updike Present were Supervisors V Pogue & D Yelk, Clerk J Ramsfield, Treasurer C Yelk, Patrolman W Dorshorst, W Nelson, M Nelson, J Powelka, D Midthun, and K Kelly.
Statement of Public Notice: The chair directed that the minutes show that notice of this meeting was posted on the website and three Town bulletin boards September 10, 2015.
Pledge of Allegiance: The Pledge was led by D Yelk.
Approve Minutes from prior meeting: Moved by V Pogue, second by D Yelk to approve minutes from August 24, 2015.

Public Comment: Eagle Scout, W Nelson, presented his Eagle project plan for the board’s approval to complete a set of 13 steps at Generations Park. The plan met with the board’s approval and they thanked him for using the park for his project.
Consider/take action: second driveway& garage structure at 5780 Parkview Dr: K Kelly presented the board with a drawing of where he would like to place the second driveway and garage. The board approved the plan as long as the town roads patrolman agreed there was minimal safety risk and all of the county setbacks were observed.

Reservation – WI Towns Association Convention: L Updike will attend the WI Towns Association 68th Annual Convention Oct 25-27.
Budget: The board discussed items of most importance to be discussed first; Fire, EMS, and Levy Limits.
Committee Updates
- EMS: V Pogue will attend the EMS budget meeting September 15. D Yelk will also attend. The EMS Director is presenting his consolidation proposal.
- Parks: D Yelk reported that the committee recently held another retaining wall work day. They are considering a larger equipment trailer, one large enough to store a walk behind brush hog along with the other maintenance equipment.
- Fire Unit: D Yelk reported that the list of Fire Chief applicants has been narrowed to 10.
- Bailey, Bird, Townhall roads maintenance agreement with City of Sun Prairie: nothing new to report
Old Business/New Business/Correspondence:
Ordinance Amendment 16: Dane Co ZLR Public Hearing will be Sept 29, 2015. If adopted it would amend the DC Zoning Ordinance (Chapter 10, DC Code) to make minor changes to definitions, permitted and conditional uses within the county’s certified Farmland Preservation Zoning districts to bring them into compliance with Chapter 91, WI Statutes.
Adopt a Road Program: the Sun Prairie area boy scouts have picked up litter along Bailey Rd twice this summer. They recovered six bags of trash on 9/12/15. A sign will now be erected to officially endorse the adoption by the boy scouts.
Audit/Pay Bills.
