- Call to Order. The regular meeting of the Town of Sun Prairie Plan Commission was called to order at 7:00 p.m. The following members were present: Chairman Roger Fetterly, Jane Fiala, John Quimby and Doug Yelk . Absent: Dot Havens, Alan Meyer and Paul Stang. Also present: Scott Foley and Gavin Hallman.
- Public Notice. Notice of the meeting was mailed to Plan Commission members and posted on the three Town bulletin boards on June 14, 2016.
- Approve the minutes of previous meeting. Hearing no objections, the May 17, 2016 minutes were approved as submitted.
- Recess for comments by visitors: No one appeared.
- Consider and take action on a request for Design Review by Ultimate Construction Inc., representing owner Bill Hallman, for construction of a 50’ x 133’, 6650 s/f building containing office and storage space on a 1.7 acre C-2 Commercial parcel at 2776 LaRue Fields Lane, in Section 32, Town of Sun Prairie. Motion by Yelk/Quimby to approve the design as proposed with an additional requirement that tree and/or shrub screening be provided on the east side of the parcel adjacent to LaRue Fields Lane. Motion carried.
- Set Next Regular Meeting Date. The next regular meeting date of the Town of Sun Prairie Plan Commission is scheduled for July 18, 2016 at 7:00 p.m.
- Adjournment. The meeting adjourned at 8:20 p.m.
