  5.  Consider and Take Action on a Preliminary Plan by the Schuster Family LLC. Applicant proposing to rezone approximately 1 acre of a 21 acre parcel from A-1 (Ex) Agriculture to R-1 Residential for a single family home located between 5824 Prospector Lane and the Drovers Woods First Addition.

  6.  Consider and Take Action on a Preliminary Plan by Robert Heinemann. Applicant proposing to divide an existing 8.02 acre RH-1 Rural Homes lot, which is bisected by the Koshkonong Creek, into 2 separate lots of approximately 4 acres each, adjacent to 4117 Creek Haven Rd with a driveway easement to Kramer Ct.

  7.  Consider and Take Action on a Preliminary Plan by Dennis Midthun Representing Capital Investments Inc.  Applicant proposing to rezone existing lots in the Savannah Valley Subdivision, consisting of 20 acres, from RH-3 Rural Homes to R-1 Residential for an addition to the Savannah Valley Subdivision a proposed addition of 10 lots in Section 13, Town of Sun Prairie.

  8.  Consider Revisions the Town of Sun Prairie Comprehensive Plan, Clarifications on New Issues and Modifications to the Land Use Elements.

  9. Notice of joint meeting between the Village of Cottage Grove Plan Commission and the Town of Sun Prairie Plan Commission.

  10. Agenda for next meeting.

  11.  Set Next Regular Meeting Date.

  12.  Adjournment.
