Town Plan Commission Agenda

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Town of Sun Prairie Plan Commission will be held on Monday, April 16, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, 5556 Twin Lane Road to transact the following business:

 

  1. Call to order.

  2. Statement of Public Notice.

  3. Approve minutes of the previous meeting.

  4. Recess for comments from the public.

  5. Public Hearing: Allow public comment on application #9678 by Brad Freitag (representing Thomas and Alice Freitag) to rezone 3.363 acres of a 31.4 acre farm from A-1 (Ex) Agricultural to A-2 (2) Agricultural to separate the single family residence and farm buildings from the remainder of the farm to allow for the sale of the home and farm buildings at 3111 Burke Road, Section 30, Town of Sun Prairie.

  6. Consider and take action on a preliminary plan by Cottage Grove Golf Development, LLC, represented by John Blaska, to expand the existing B-1 Local Business District area to legally accommodate tenting and parking for events that spill over into the current RE-1 Recreational District area at 4740 Pierceville Road in Section 34, Town of Sun Prairie.

  7. Consider and take action to verify consistency with the Town’s Land Use Plan on a preliminary farm plan by Randy and Laurie Koch proposing to purchase and run a cash grain farm operation on 24.1 acres of a 38 acre farm and build a house and machine shed north of 5615 Twin Lane Road in Section 14, Town of Sun Prairie.

  9. Set next regular meeting date.

  10. Adjournment.
