Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Town of Sun Prairie Plan Commission will be held on Monday, July 16, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, 5556 Twin Lane Road to transact the following business:

1. Call to order.

2. Statement of Public Notice.

3. Approve minutes of the June 18 Plan Commission meeting.

4. Recess for comments from the public.

5. Public Hearing:  Allow public comment on petition #9733 by Sylvia Drunasky (Represented by Stephen Drunasky) to rezone 2.3 acres from RH-1 to R-1A to create 2 residential lots, one for an existing home and one for a new single family residence at 5781 Town Hall Road in Section 16, Town of Sun Prairie.

6. Consider and take action on the Drunasky petition.

7. Continue discussion regarding boundary issues with adjacent municipalities.

8. Consider community participation in updating the Town’s Comprehensive Plan.

9. Review the Implementation Element of the Comprehensive Plan

10. Agenda for the next meeting.

11. Set next regular meeting date.

12. Adjournment.
