Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Town of Sun Prairie Plan Commission will be held on Monday, August 20, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, 5556 Twin Lane Road to transact the following business:

 

  1. Call to order.

  2. Statement of Public Notice.

  3. Approve minutes of the July 16 Plan Commission meeting.

  4. Recess for comments from the public.

  5. Public Hearing:  Allow public comment on petition #9749 and CUP #2049 by Jose Balderas to rezone 1.42 acres from A-1 (Ex) Agricultural to C-2 Commercial to conform with adjacent Larue Fields zoning at 4406 CTH TT, Section 32, Town of Sun Prairie.

  6. Consider and take action on the Balderas petition.

  7. Public Hearing:  Allow public comment on petition #9607 and CUP #2030 by Jack Erb and Janet Loomis to rezone 7 acres from A-1 (Ex) Agricultural and B-1 Local Business to C-1 Commercial to bring an existing screenprinting business and associated buildings, including an existing residence into zoning compliance at 2311 CTH T, Section 22, Town of Sun Prairie.

  8. Consider and take action on the Erb/Loomis petition.

  9. Consider and take action on a preliminary plan by Michelle Oldenburg to purchase a parcel from an adjacent neighbor to combine with the owner’s existing parcel and rezone the combined 2 acres from A-1 (Ex) Agricultural and RH-2 to RH-1 Rural Homes to allow keeping of a horse at 2426 Gaston Road, Section 33, Town of Sun Prairie.  .

  10. Continue discussion regarding boundary issues with adjacent municipalities.

  11. Plan for community participation in updating the Town’s Comprehensive Plan.

  12. Review the Implementation Element of the Comprehensive Plan

  13. Agenda for the next meeting.

  14. Set next regular meeting date.

  15. Adjournment.
