Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Town of Sun Prairie Plan Commission will be held on Monday, May 19, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, 5556 Twin Lane Road to transact the following business:

 

  1. Call to order.

  2. Statement of Public Notice.

  3. Approve minutes of the April 21, 2008 Plan Commission meeting.

  4. Recess for comments from the public.

  5. Public Hearing:  Allow public comment on petition #9886 by Gary and Rose Marie Price to rezone 0.869 acres of a 16.337 acre parcel from A-2 Agriculture to R-1 Residential to create a separate CSM lot for an existing home at 4952 Thorson Road in Section 31, Town of Sun Prairie.

  6. Consider and take action on the Price petition.

  7. Consider and take action on a preliminary plan by Ginger Freitag to rezone 13.8 acres of a 79.6 acre farm from A-1(Ex) Agricultural to RH-3 Rural Homes to separate the farm buildings from the remainder of the farm to allow the sale of the remaining 65.4 acre farm at 3205 Bailey Road in Section 19, Town and Sun Prairie.

  8. Consider and take action on a preliminary plan by Tony Krebs to rezone approximately 0.42 acres of a 1.6697 acre parcel (Lot 1) from R-1A Residential to RH-1 Rural Homes to be combined with an adjacent 3.3232 acre RH-1 parcel (Lot 2) to expand the lot size at 1965 Yelk Road in Section 14, Town of Sun Prairie.

  9. Consider and take action on amending the Comprehensive Plan regarding minimum lot size in Residential and Rural Home Districts.

  10. Consider and take action on amendments to the Implementation Element of the Town of Sun Prairie Comprehensive Plan.

  11. Next regular meeting date, June 16, 2008.

  12. Adjournment.
