Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Town of Sun Prairie Plan Commission will be held on Monday, June 16, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, 5556 Twin Lane Road to transact the following business:

 

  1. Call to order.

  2. Statement of Public Notice.

  3. Approve minutes of the May 19, 2008 Plan Commission meeting.

  4. Recess for comments from the public.

  5. Public Hearing:  Allow public comment on petition #9903 by Jay Freitag to rezone 13.8 acres of a 79.6 acre farm from A-1(Ex) Agricultural to A-2 Agricultural to separate the farm buildings from the remainder of the farm to allow the sale of the remaining 65.4 acre farm at 3205 Bailey Road in Section 19, Town and Sun Prairie.

  6. Consider and take action on Freitag petition.

  7. Public Hearing:  Allow public comment on petition #9921 by Duane Riley to split off a 0.7782 acre lot from an existing 1.733 acre lot currently zoned R-1A Residential and rezone the new lot to R-1 to allow the owner to build a new home at 2877 Bailey Road, Section 17, Town of Sun Prairie.

  8. Consider and take action on Riley petition.

  9. Public Hearing:  Allow public comment on petition #9927 by Tony Krebs to rezone 0.2354 acres from R-1A Residential to RH-1 Rural Homes and 0.1305 acres from RH-1 Rural Homes to R-1A Residential to adjust lot lines to benefit existing homeowners at 1965 Yelk Road in Section 14, Town of Sun Prairie.

  10. Consider and take action on Krebs petition.

  11. Consider and take action on a preliminary plan by Greg Altman to rezone 14.7 acres from RH-3 Rural Homes to A-2 Agricultural and request a Conditional Use Permit to allow the operation of a dog kennel at 2771 County Hwy T in Section 20, Town of Sun Prairie.

  12. Next regular meeting date, July 21, 2008.

  13. Adjournment.
