Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Town of Sun Prairie Plan Commission will be held on Monday, October 20, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, 5556 Twin Lane Road to transact the following business:

1. Call to order.

2. Statement of Public Notice.

3. Approve minutes of the June 16, 2008 Plan Commission meeting.

4. Recess for comments from the public.

5. Meet with Lori Bastean, Sr. Program Analyst/Manager from the Dane County Community Development Block Grant Program to provide Town of Sun Prairie input for the 2010‑2015 Consolidated Plan for Community and Housing Development.

6. Review change of use permit from fuel station to contractor’s yard for Poblocki Paving Corp. at 4736 CTH TT in Section 33, Town of Sun Prairie.

7. Review a proposal for a park.

8. Consider and take action to update and amend the Town’s Land Division Ordinance to be consistent with the Town’s Comprehensive Plan 2003-2023, as amended.

9. Next regular meeting date, November 17, 2008.

10. Adjournment.
