Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Town of Sun Prairie Plan Commission will be held on Monday, December 15, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, 5556 Twin Lane Road to transact the following business:

1. Call to order.

2. Statement of Public Notice.

3. Approve minutes of the November 17, 2008 Plan Commission meeting.

4. Recess for comments from the public.

5.  Consider and take action on a preliminary plan by Scott Hermsen (representing John Poblocki) to rezone 6.0 acres from C-1 Commercial/A-1 (Ex) Agricultural to C-2 Commercial for a contractor’s yard and office for Poblocki Paving Corp. at 4736 CTH TT in Section 33 Town of Sun Prairie.

6. Report on Working Lands Initiative in Wisconsin.

7. Consider and take action to update and amend the Town’s Land Division Ordinance to be consistent with the Town’s Comprehensive Plan 2003-2023, as amended.

8. Next regular meeting date, January 19, 2009.

9. Adjournment.
