Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Town of Sun Prairie Plan Commission will be held on Monday, February 18, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, 5556 Twin Lane Road to transact the following business:

  1. Call to order.

  2. Statement of Public Notice.

  3. Approve minutes of the January 21, 2008 Plan Commission meeting.

  4. Recess for comments from the public.

  5. Public Hearing: Allow Public comment on petition #9842 by Shawn and Brenda Eckhardt to rezone 1.022 acres from R-1A Residential to A-2(1) Agricultural and approval of Conditional Use Permit #2066 to operate a portrait studio at 6036 Town Hall Drive in Section 10, Town of Sun Prairie.

  6. Consider and take action on a preliminary plan by Gerald Bradley to rezone parts of three parcels consisting of 69 acres of A-1 (EX) farmland to 5.18 acres A-2(4) Agricultural, 0.95 acres R-3 Residential and 0.46 acres R-1 Residential to separate existing farm buildings from the farm and create one residential lot and reconfigure an existing lot at 5209 CTH N in Section 28, Town of Sun Prairie.

  7. Consider and take action on revisions to the Town of Sun Prairie Comprehensive Plan.

  8. Consider and take action on proposed Parks and Open Space Ordinance.

  9. Consider and take action on proposed Design Standards Ordinance

  10. Next regular meeting date, March 17, 2008.

  11. Adjournment.
