Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Town of Sun Prairie Plan Commission will be held on Monday, March 17, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, 5556 Twin Lane Road to transact the following business:

  1. Call to order.

  2. Statement of Public Notice.

  3. Approve minutes of the February 18, 2008 Plan Commission meeting.

  4. Recess for comments from the public.

  5. Public Hearing: Allow public comment on petition #9848 by Sylvia Drunasky (Represented by Stephen Drunasky) to rezone 2.3 acres from RH-1 to R-1A to create 2 residential lots, one for an existing home and one for a new single family residence at 5781 Town Hall Road in Section 16, Town of Sun Prairie.

  6. Consider and take action on the Drunasky petition.

  7. Public Hearing: Allow public comment on petition #9857 by Gerald Bradley to rezone parts of three parcels consisting of 69 acres of A-1 (EX) farmland to 5.18 acres A-2(4) Agricultural, 0.95 acres R-3 Residential and 0.46 acres R-1 Residential to separate existing farm buildings from the farm and create one residential lot and reconfigure an existing lot at 5209 CTH N in Section 28, Town of Sun Prairie.

  8. Consider and take action on Bradley petition.

  9. Consider and take action on a preliminary plan by Blair Moldenhauer to rezone 36.9451 acres from RH-4 Rural Homes to a 35.0477 acre RE-1 Recreational parcel for a golf driving range and clubhouse and a 1.8975 acre R-1 Residential lot for a residence for the owner/caretaker on the north side of Deer Creek Run in Section 17, Town of Sun Prairie.

  10. Consider and take action on a preliminary plan by Gary and Rose Marie Price to rezone 0.869 acres of a 16.337 acre parcel from A-2 Agriculture to R-1 Residential to create a separate CSM lot for an existing home and allow the owner to build a new home on the remaining parcel adjacent to 4952 Thorson Road in Section 31, Town of Sun Prairie.

  11. Consider and take action on final revisions to the Town of Sun Prairie Comprehensive Plan.

  12. Consider and take action on proposed Design Standards Ordinance.

  13. Next regular meeting date, April 21, 2008.

  14. Adjournment.
