given that a meeting of the Town of Sun Prairie Plan Commission will
be held on Monday, April 21, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, 5556
Twin Lane Road to transact the following business:

Statement of Public Notice.

Approve minutes of the March 17,
2008 Plan Commission meeting.

Recess for comments from the
public.

Consider and take action on the
Drunasky petition.

Public Hearing: Allow public
comment on petition #9875 by Blair Moldenhauer to rezone 36.9452
acres from RH-4 Rural Homes to a 35.0477 acre RE-1 Recreational
parcel for a golf driving range and clubhouse and a 1.8975 acre R-1
Residential lot for a residence for the owner/caretaker on the north
side of Deer Creek Run in Section 17, Town of Sun Prairie.

Consider and take action on the
Moldenhauer petition.

Consider and take action on
amendments to the Implementation Element of the Town of Sun Prairie
Comprehensive Plan.
