Call to Order: The regular meeting of the Town of Sun Prairie Plan Commission was called to order at 7:00pm by Chairman Roger Fetterly. Members present other than Chairman Fetterly were: Doug Yelk, Judy Stang, John Quimby, Dot Havens and Kennan Crothers. Also present was Claudia Quick, Town Clerk.

Public Notice: Notice of the meeting was posted on the three Town bulletin boards on January 12^th and was mailed out to applicants the same day.

Approval of the Minutes: The minutes from last month's meeting were approved.

Public Comment: There was no comment from the public.

Public Hearing on Petition #9842 by Shawn and Brenda Eckhardt. Applicants proposing to rezone 1.022 acres from R-1A Residential to A-2(1) Agricultural and approval of Conditional Use Permit #2066 to operate a portrait studio at 6036 Town Hall Drive. Member Crothers made a motion to approve and Member Stang seconded. Motion carried.

Consider and Take Action on a Preliminary Plan by Gerald Bradley.  Applicant proposing to rezone parts of three parcels consisting of 69 acres of A-1 (EX) farmland to 5.18 acres of A-2(4) Agricultural, 0.95 acres R-3 Residential and 0.46 acres R-1 Residential to separate existing farm buildings from the farm and create one residential lot and reconfigure an existing lot at 5209 CTH N. Member Yelk made a motion to approve and Member Havens seconded. Motion carried.

Consider and Take Action on Revisions to the Town of Sun Prairie Comprehensive Plan.  Chairman Fetterly handed out a copy of proposed changes that are attached to these minutes. Amendments to the document are as follows: *Red in 1^st paragraph *Strike 1^st c.1 .c. *c.1 .L. #1 — strike ‘d’ in required. Member Crothers made a motion to approve and Member Stang seconded. Motion carried.

Consider and Take Action on Proposed Parks and Open Space Ordinance. Member Yelk made a motion to approve and Member Quimby seconded. Motion approved.

Consider and Take Action on Proposed Design Standards Ordinance.  Member Crothers made a motion to table the item. Item tabled.

Set Regular Next Meeting Date. The next Town of Sun Prairie Plan Commission meeting was set for March 17^th 2008.
