Call to Order. The regular meeting of the Town of Sun Prairie Plan Commission was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairman Roger Fetterly. Members present other than Chairman Fetterly were: Doug Yelk, Judy Stang, Dot Havens, John Quimby and Kennan Crothers. Member Alan Meyers was absent and excused. Also present was Claudia Quick, Town Clerk.

Public Notice. Notice of the meeting was posted on the three Town bulletin boards on April 11^th and sent out to applicants the same day.

Approval of the Minutes. The minutes from the last meeting were approved as submitted.

Public Comment. There was no comment from the public.

Consider and Take Action on the Drunasky No action necessary — item pulled from agenda.

Public Hearing on Petition #9875 by Blair Moldenhauer. Applicant proposing to rezone 36.9452 acres from RH-4 Rural Homes to a 35.0477 acre RE-1 Recreational parcel for a golf driving range and clubhouse and a 1.8975 acre R-1 Residential lot for a residence for the owner/caretaker on the North side of Deer Creek Run. Margo Goodwin spoke in opposition to the proposal, stating that the proposed change would bring down existing property owners' property values.

Consider and Take Action on the Moldenhauer Petition. After Member Crothers made an attempt at a motion, it was withdrawn. Member Yelk made a motion to table and Member Quimby seconded. Motion tabled.

Consider and Take Action on Amendments to the Town of Sun Prairie Comprehensive Plan. Member Havens made a motion to approve and Member Yolk seconded. Motion approved.

Set Next Regular Meeting Date.  The next regular meeting date for the Town of Sun Prairie Plan Commission was set for May 19th, 2008 at 7:00 p.m.

Adjournment.  The meeting adjourned at 9:15 p.m.
