The Town Board of the Town of Sun Prairie met on Monday, March 9, 2009, at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall, 5556 Twin Lane Road, Marshall, WI.

Call to Order Chairperson Lyle Updike called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. Supervisors Vernon Pogue and Doug Yelk, Clerk Claudia Quick, Treasurer Cindy Yelk, and Office Assistant JoAnn Ramsfield were present.

Statement of Public Notice The chair directed that the minutes show notice of the meeting was published in the March 6, 2009 issue of The Star. Copies were posted on the three town bulletin boards on March 6, 2009.

Pledge of Allegiance Claudia Quick led the pledge.

Consider and Take Action re: EMS Arbitration. The town has received Judge Bartell’s arbitration decision. The decision is mixed. Though she found that the 2008 budget had not been properly adopted, the decision is generally favorable to the Towns. No action was taken.

Audit and Pay Bills: The Board reviewed the list of invoices for first half of March. Moved by Vernon Pogue, second by Doug Yelk to pay the bills including the hand written additions.
