  1. Call to order.
  2. Statement of Public Notice.
  3. Approve minutes of the January 18, 2010 Plan Commission meeting.
  4. Recess for comments from the public.
  5. Public Hearing: Allow public comment on petition #10144 by Calvin and Michelle Hetzel to rezone 3.8 acres of a 38.8 acre parcel from A-1 (Ex) Agricultural to RH-1 Rural Homes to separate the home from the farmland and make the farmland available for sale at 3251 Bailey Road in Section 19, Town of Sun Prairie.
  6. Consider and take action on the Hetzel petition.
  7. Update on petition to annex land from the Town of Sun Prairie to the Village of Cottage Grove in. Sections 32 and 33, Town of Sun Prairie.
  8. Consider updates and amendments to the Town’s Comprehensive Plan.
  9. Identify and consider intergovernmental agreement issues with adjacent municipalities.
