ANNUAL MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Meeting for the Town of Sun Prairie will be held on the second Wednesday of April, that being April 11th, 2001in the Town of Sun Prairie Town Hall, 5556 Twin Lane Road, beginning at 7:30 P.M.

PURPOSE OF THE MEETING: The Annual Meeting is a meeting of town electors to vote on matters that by law are required or permitted to be decided by the annual meeting. The annual meeting may only act on those things specified by state law.

1. Approve minutes for the 2000 Annual Meeting as set forth in the financial report.

2. Review 2000 Financial Report.

3. Fire Unit Report by L. Updike.

4. E.M.S. Report by V. Pogue.

a. Discuss and Take Action concerning a Request for Borrowing Authority for Town of Sun Prairie share of the EMS portion of the Construction of the Marshall Public Safety Building.

6. Presentation of Update and Progress Report by R. Fetterly for the Plan Commission.

7. Consider and Take Action concerning the Creation of a Parks and Open Space Commission for the Town of Sun Prairie.

8. Consider and Take Action concerning Disposal of Town Property.

9. Any Other Business to come before the Annual Meeting.

10.Old Business/New Business.

11.Set Year 2002 Annual Meeting Date/Adjournment.
