Notice is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Sun Prairie will hold a Public Hearing and Regular Meeting on Monday, September 24, 2001 at 7:30 P.M. at the Town Hall, 5556 Twin Lane Road, to transact the following business:

1. Call to Order.

2. Statement of Public Notice.

3. Approve Minutes of Prior Meeting.

4. Discussion with Guest - Sheriff Gary Hamblin.

5. Consider and Take Action re: Second access by Susan Sullivan.

*6. Public Hearing - Consider and Take Action re: Petition # 8252 by J. Werner to change the zoning from A-1 Ex Ag to C-2 and R-1, section 32.

*7. Public Hearing - Consider and Take Action re: Petition # 8251 by Richard Trotta to change the zoning from A-1 Ex Ag to A-2 (4) and Conditional Use Permit (C.U.P.) #1735 to allow an accessory building to be used as a kennel, section 11.

8. Consider and Take Action re: Conditional Use Permit (C.U.P.) #1734 by Rose Schuster Estate to allow 50 animal units on a A-2 parcel, section 12.
