Notice is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Sun Prairie will hold a Regular Meeting and Public Hearing on Monday January 27, 2003 at 7:30 P.M. at the Town Hall, 5556 Twin Lane Road, to transact the following business:

1. Call to Order.

2. Statement of Public Notice.

3. Approve Minutes of last meeting.

4. Presentation from the Public.

5. Report on Town Roads

a. Discuss process for vacating portion of Ridge Road right of way.

6. Consider Preliminary Plan as presented by C. Miller for enlargement of C-2 Storage area at 2829 CTH T, section 29.

7. Consider Preliminary Plan as presented by J. Zimmerman to separate his home from farmland, section 36.

8. Consider and Take Action on Request by J. Zimmerman for Variance from Moratorium on Land Divisions Ordinance.

9. Consider and Approve Resolution approving appointment of Election Officials.

10. Audit and Pay Bills.

11. Old Business/New Business.

a. Status of Drunasky case

    1. Report on EMS District
    2. Report on Fire Unit

12. Correspondence.
