Notice is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Sun Prairie will hold a Public Hearing and Regular Meeting on Monday, October 27, 2003 at 7:30 P.M. at the Town Hall, 5556 Twin Lane Road, to transact the following business:

3. Approve Minutes of prior meetings.

4. Presentation from the Public.

5.* Public Hearing – Consider and Take Action re: Discontinuance of Public Way/Vacation of Oaken Vale Road.

6.* Public Hearing – Consider and Take Action re: Petition #8823 by R. Oestreich, agent for J & M Hagen to

change the zoning from A-1 Ex Ag to A-2 (4) Agricultural and LC-1 Limited Commercial on property located

at 3577 Bailey Rd, Sec. 30.

7. Consider and Take Action re: Operator Licenses for several applicants.

11. Set Next Meeting Date/Adjournment.

It is possible that members of and a possible quorum of members of other governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above stated meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any other governmental body at the above state meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to above in this notice.
