Notice is hereby given of a special town meeting of the electors of the Town of Sun Prairie on Monday, November 22, 2004. This special town meeting will follow the completion of the Public Hearing on the proposed 2005 town budget, which begins at 7:00 p.m. at the Sun Prairie Town Hall 5556 Twin Lane Road. This special town meeting of the electors is called pursuant to Sec. 60.12(1)(c) of Wisconsin Statutes by the Town Board for the following purposes:

1. To set compensation of Elected Town Officials for the term of office beginning April 11, 2005, pursuant to Section 60.10 (1) (b) of Wisconsin Statutes.
1. To authorize the Town Board to hire a town officer(s) as an employee and set an hourly wage pursuant to Section 60.10 (1)(g) and Section 60.10 (2)((L) of Wisconsin Statutes.
1. To approve the total 2005 Highway Expenditures pursuant to Section 81.01(3) of Wisconsin Statutes.
1. Any other items as allowed by the electors at a Special Town Meeting, pursuant to Section 60.10 (1) and (2).
1. To adopt the 2004 Town Tax Levy to be paid in 2005 pursuant to Section 60.10(1)(a) of Wisconsin Statutes.
1. Authorize Town Borrowing pursuant to Section 60.10(1)(a) of Wisconsin Statutes.
1. Review and solicit opinion on Welcome to Town of Sun Prairie signs.
