Notice is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Sun Prairie will hold a *Public Hearing and Regular Meeting on Monday, April 28, 2003 at 7:30 P.M. at the Town Hall, 5556 Twin Lane Road, to transact the following business:

4. Presentation from the Public.

5. Guest P. Ampee, Dane County Towns Association, current issues.

6. *Public Hearing - Consider and Adopt Town Ordinance Regulating Weight Limits for Vehicles on Town Roads.

7. *Public Hearing - Consider and Adopt Town Ordinance concerning Jurisdiction and Duties of Constable.

8. Review and Tentatively Adopt amendment to Enforcement of Code Ordinance.

9. Review and Tentatively Adopt two amendment to building code ordinance concerning fences.

10. Audit and Pay Bills

11. Old Business/New Business

12. Reorganization Session for following terms of office.

a. Drunasky Case

b. Fire Unit

c. EMS
