Notice is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Sun Prairie will hold a Public Hearing* and Regular Meeting on Monday, June 10, 2002 at 7:30 P.M. at the Town Hall, 5556 Twin Lane Road, to transact the following business:

1. Call to Order.

2. Statement of Public Notice.

3. Open road bids and possibly award bid contracts

4. Approve Minutes of last meeting.

5. Presentation from the Public.

6. Report on Town Roads

7. Audit and Pay Bills

*8. Public Hearing - Consider and Take Action re: Petition #8438 by R. Dorshorst to change the zoning from A-1 Ex Ag to RH-1 on property located across from 4848 Ridge Road, sec. 36.

a. Consider preliminary CSM for R. Dorshorst to create two lots.

9. Consider, Review and Act on Final Plat for Savannah Valley Subdivision

1) Consider and Sign Developers Agreement

10. Consider Operator license application for L. Williams.

11. Consider and Tentatively Adopt Amendments to following Town Ordinances

1) Burn Permit for Open Burning
