Notice is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Sun Prairie will hold a Public Hearing and Regular Meeting on Monday, July 22, 2001 at 6:30 P.M. at the Town Hall, 5556 Twin Lane Road, to transact the following business:

1. Call to Order.

2. Statement of Public Notice.

3. Approve Minutes of Prior Meetings.

4. Presentation from the Public.

5. Discussion with B. Hallman concerning restrictions on property use at 4435 Alvin Road.

6. Public Hearing - Consider and Take Action re: Petition #8450 by G. Woldt to change the zoning from A-1 Ex Ag to the R-1A Residential south of 5415 CTH TT, sec 24.

a. Consider and Approve CSM for G. Woldt/R. Schworck.

7. Process for Adoption of new Town Ordinances and Amendments.

8. Audit and Pay Bills.

9. Old Business/New Business

10. Correspondence.

11. Set Next Meeting Date/Adjournment.
