Notice is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Sun Prairie will hold a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, July 29, 2003 at 7:30 P.M. at the Town Hall, 5556 Twin Lane Road, to transact the following business:
1. Call to Order.
2. Statement of Public Notice.
3. Approve Minutes of Prior Meeting.
4. Presentation from the Public.
5. Presentation by M. Lawton & R. Younker re: Intent to Circulate Petition for Direct Annexation.
a. Response by Board. & comment by attorney.
6. Consider Preliminary Plans by D. Rednour to rezone from A-1 to A-2 for horse boarding & kennel, sec. 22.
7. Consider Intergovernmental Agreement Between the City of Sun Prairie & the Town of Sun Prairie re: Town Hall Dr. north of Hwy 19.
8. Consider Resolution of support re: Partnership with Patrick Marsh Conservancy.
9. Discuss proposed dedication of land to Town.
10. Consider operator license application for John Haensgen.
11. Consider request for extension of letter of credit D. Mithum.
12. Confirmation of deed restrictions for K. Miller petition #8729
13. Audit and Pay Bills.
14. Old Business/New Business
15. Correspondence.
