Notice is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Sun Prairie will hold a Public Hearing and Regular Meeting on Monday, August 25, 2003 at 7:30 P.M. at the Town Hall, 5556 Twin Lane Road, to transact the following business:

from A-1 Ex Ag to A-2(4) Agriculture.

a. Consider and Take Action re: Conditional Use Permit for Limited Family Business – auto Repair.

6. Consider Preliminary Plans by C. Otto, to separate homestead from farm, sec 19.

7. Consider Erosion and Drainage Control Letter of Credit, Savannah Valley.

8. Consider Applications for Operator Licenses.

9. Consider and Adopt Resolution setting fees for Town.
