3. Approve Minutes of Past Meetings.

4. Presentation from the Public.

5 Consider Preliminary Plans by S. Woldt for residential zoning, sec 24.

6. Consider Preliminary Plans by T. Richard for residential zoning, sec. 20.

7. Audit and Pay Bills

a. Authorize Payment for Tanker Truck

8. Old Business/New Business

a. Discuss and Take any necessary action on the Oaks Plat

b. Discuss Impact of Possible Reduction in Shared Revenue

9. Correspondence

10. Set Next Meeting Date/Adjournment.
