Notice is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Sun Prairie will hold a Public Hearing and Regular Meeting on Monday, August 13, 2001 at 7:30 P.M. at the Town Hall, 5556 Twin Lane Road, to transact the following business:

1. Call to Order.

2. Statement of Public Notice.

3. Approve Minutes of last meeting.

4. Presentation from the Public.

5. Consider and Take Action re: Subdivision Plans by D. Midthun and Dan Birrenkott, sec. 12 and 13.

6. Consider Preliminary Plans by J. Lowrey re: for residential development on Benesh Estate property, sec 35.

7. Consider and Take Action re: Zoning Petition # 8172 by B.George to change the zoning from A-2 to RH-1 located at 4991 Pierceville Road, sec. 35

a.Consider and approve CSM for George property.

8. Discuss and Consider Action re: Sullivan second driveway.

9. Consider and Take Action re: Redistricting Resolution for Town of Sun Prairie.

10. Consider and Take Action re: Operator License Application by S. Magli

11. Consider and Take Action re: Petition #8206 (Schuster) as amended by the Town Board.

12. Consider and Take Action re: Petition #8208 (Liddicoat) as amended by the Town Board.
