Town Plan Commission Agenda for September 17, 2007

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Town of Sun Prairie Plan Commission will be held on Monday, September 17, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, 5556 Twin Lane Road to transact the following business:

  1. Call to order.
  2. Statement of Public Notice.
  3. Approve minutes of the August 20, 2007 Plan Commission meeting.
  4. Recess for comments from the public.
  5. Public Hearing:  Allow public comment on petition #9749 and CUP #2049 by Jose Balderas to rezone 1.42 acres from A-1 (Ex) Agricultural to C-2 Commercial to conform with adjacent Larue Fields zoning at 4406 CTH TT, Section 32, Town of Sun Prairie.
  6. Consider and take action on the Balderas petition.
  7. Consider and take action on the preliminary/final plat review submitted by Schuster LLC (represented by Fred Schuster) for the Drovers Woods Second Addition (Lot 60) located north of 5824 Prospector Lane, Section 12, Town of Sun Prairie.
  8. Consider and take action on a preliminary plan by Wayne and Beverly Wolf to rezone 5.2 acres of a 6.83 acre parcel from RH-2 Rural Homes to A-1 (Ex) Agricultural to return residential land to farmland and accommodate the sale of the remaining residential parcel at 2864 CTH T, Section 29, Town of Sun Prairie.
  9. Review draft ordinance amendment of proposed design standards.
  10. Consider boundary issues with adjacent municipalities.
  11. Plan for community participation in updating the Town’s Comprehensive Plan.
  12. Set next regular meeting date.
  13. Adjournment.
